For a listing in our Directory
There are 2 steps to take to List Your Practice on the North Tarrant Mental Health Professionals Directory. The first step is to complete
a data collection form. The 2nd step is to pay the listing fee using PayPal using a credit card (Visa, MC, etc.) or PayPal dollars.
Step #1 – Complete the online Data Collection form:
- Providers: Complete the Service Provider Data Collection form. $ 50
- Facilities: Complete the Facility Membership Data Collection form. $ 250
Step #2 – Pay the listing fee
The NTMHP Directory depends on donations to offset the operating expenses for this website. We request a $50
donation for individual providers, a $200 donation for group practices and a $250 donation for facilities to cover expenses of the NTMHP website. Donations can be made online using PayPal, or by
sending a check to the address below. This is an annual membership fee. If you do not renew annually your listing will be removed and your information will no longer be available to the public as a member of our group or to the more than 270 mental health professionals and facilities on our mailing list.
You may be able to use this as either an advertising or membership expense on your income tax. Please consult your accountant.
